ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
SODA CYLINDER BURSTS. MARRIED MAN KILLED. YOUTH SERIOUSLY INJURED. Per Press Association. Carterton, December 7. A young man named George Theo. Foote was killed at Featlierston Camp yesterday by the explosion of. a soda cylinder. He was engaged charging a syphon at a shop near the camp ''•hen the explosion Look place, killing him instantly. His assistant, a youth by the name of 11. Urannigan, was very seriously injured, and was taken 1.0 the military hospital. Foote was a married man, aged 28, and leaves a widow and family of two children, the eldest being two years old.
