* SAN SUCCESSES. EXCELLENT PROGRESS. The High Commissioner reports:— London, December 5 (1.15 p.m.) A French official message states: Eastwards of Cerna, the Serbians, following Sunday’s success, reached the borders of Staravina. All enemy counter-attacks wore repulsed with sanguinary losses. During _ Sunday and Monday, the Allies captured live cannon and three trench mortars. Northwards of Paralovo,, the FraneoSerbs equally progressed. A Serbian official statement records that in the course of the success mentioned iu the French official communique they’ took five field guns and large booty. fl'he prisoners are uncounted. The total guns captured are seventy-nine.
