ENEMY RAIDS REPULSED.
London, December 2
General Sir Douglas Haig reports: Wo repulsed two small raids which were attempted after heavy trench mortaring in the Souchez area. EJECTED FROM THE TRENCHES. The High Commissioner reports : London, December 2 (4.10 p.m.) A British official report states: A small enemy party entered the trenches north of Le Sairs, hut were, immediately ejected.
