A Roumanian communique states: We are violently attacking on the whole front in Dobrudja. There has been violent fighting south of Pitesti; also on the Glavalioe; Valley and Npajlow as far as Komana. W© made prisoners of several hundreds. There are lively engagements on the whole front from -the west frontier ot Moldavia as far as the Buzou Valley. INFESTED WITH SPIES. Le Journals’ Bucharest correspondent says that Roumauia is infested ' with spies, owing to the number ol uuinterned alien women, ten thousand dicing at liberty. , .
