TELEPHONES Cnarges. —At Exchanges continuous ly open—Business establ.shments. £7 ; private residences, £o per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge of £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night.
