Adjutant Cook reports that during the week he received £2 from Flint Road, £1 from Denbigh Road, £1 from Tariki, two donations of 10s in Stratford and one half-crown, while £3 9s 8d was donated on the Showgrounds, making a total of £8 12s 2d. With amounts previously acknowledged, Adjutant Cook now has the sum of £3O Os 6d in hand towards this very needy fund. A target of £IOO is* set for 10th December and contributions, large or small, are earnestly requested.
