Rarawa, from North, Tuesday. The Kara, which was to sc.il on Monday afternoon, was delayed by the rough weather and was expected in sail at noon yesterday for the Meat Coast, The Rarawa arrived at the breakwater yesterday morning with a cargo of 131 tons. The Union Company has receive 1 police from Westport that the Rosamond is unlikely to sail before noon tr-day, owing to the heavy flood- in the river.
