The Convention of the American Federation of Labour unanimously voted in favour of an embargo on the export of wheat and other food stuffs until the prices were nominal. There is every indication that an attempt to pass' such a bill when Congress is convened on '4th December will be assisted by a German propaganda. The World warns the men not to fall into the German-American trap, as the embargo would paralyse industry inflicting infinitely greater injury on 'America than on the Allies and causing new complications both at home and abroad.
