ALL-ROUND PROGRESS. The High Commissioner reports:— London, November 21 (2.80 p.m.) A French official report states: On the Cernn front, the Rerviins took Hudimirrn. Violent counter-attacks failed completely. Northward and to east of Mom>stir, by stubborn' lighting, the Allies arc progressing, inflicting heavy losses. Westward of Monastir, the Italians have progressed as far as Nizopoli.
