POSTAL HATES. Letters and Letter Cards.— lnland (including Cook Islands), Id for each 4oz. or fraction thereof, and id for each succeeding 2oz, Nnited Kingdom, British possessions, United States. Chili, Costa lUca, Kg; pf Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria Peru Pago Pago, Puiaguay. Portugal, and Portuguese Colonies. Siam. Servia, and Postal Agencies m Chinese Treaty Ports.
