[i'ilOil OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] Tile Toko School Committee at their monthly meeting, decided to tar-seal a part of the playground, to enable the teachers and children to go j through physical drill. I The annual school concert will be held on Thursday December 21st. The I teachers and scholars are w orking hard and a first-class concert ought to be the result of their labours. Tho proceeds are for prizes and to raise funds to asphalt a portion of tho playground for the above-mentioned object. An .Honors Board is to be procured lor the school as quite a. number of old scholars have either paid the exLieme penalty or have been wounded. ' The new shelter shed adds to the appearance of tho sehoolgrounds, which are in very good order. I The annual Inspectors report was road at the last meeting, ami was thought by the committee to bo very creditable to the teaching staff. I The Education Board are being asked to put a partition in the infants’ room to facilitate the teaching of the children in that department. The school breaks up for the Christmas holidays on Friday, 22nd December,
