NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
G. T. Walters is always shifting his stock—putting in new and up-to-date lines, but this week he is on a bigger stunt. He is shifting his shop! There is not much of the old stock to shift over the road to new premises in the Municipal Buildings, because preparations have been in progress for some time to cope with the growing business. Walters always believes ,in . a turn-over, and so this time it is a turn over to the other side of the Broadway! In a nutshell the reason for the change is “the customer every time.” Good goods look best in welllighted and commodious premises. Walters will be stronger than ever after the 16th (Thursday) if only for the reason that “The Bank is beside Us Now!” Particulars about this “new move’,’ are given in the firm s advertisement on top of page 3. Attention is directed to an announcement on page 3 of this issue notifying the appointment of Mr Bridger. motor and cycle dealer and engineer, as sole Stratford agprft for Ford cars. Mr Bridget- was previously in business in Eltham with his brother (Mr Ira Bridget), and has been established in Stratford for the past eighteen months.’ His business premises are in Broadway north, opposite t; tiro, Eg mo at Club, where, at the c present time, the garage an 1 shop .ai’b ,i£'»g considerably enlarged and imptpycd in order to cope with the- increasing demands of the business. All spare parts and accessories for Ford cars may he procured on application, and .correspondence or enquiry will be promptly attended to. The N. Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.
