An Anglo-Dntch commercial agreement has been signed whereby Britain will secure increased supplies of Dutch agricultural produce. PROTEST TO GERMANY. Press Association —Copyright, Australian and N.Z. The Telegraaf states that Holland has protested to Germany against taking prisoner a number of British sailors aboard the Prins Henrick, who were released from Groningen on parole and were voyaging to KiigiamJ. Germany replied that she is absolutely entitled to make prisoners of the men.
