Press Association—Copyright. (Received 10.10 a.m.) Sydney, November 8. It is stated in financial circles that a contract has been completed with the British Munitions Department covering the copper companies' products for 1017. It is estimated that there will be 50,000 tons, valued at six million, the price being £l2O per ton, which is an increase of £2O per ton on the 1916 rate.
