. At a meeting of the -committee of the A. and,P. Association on Saturday afternoon tp de?l .with the quptition of the proposed Model Dairy Farm for Stratford, there were present: Messrs E. Jaeksori (chairman), Richards, It. Masters, Ranford, Din>gle, Were, and the secretary. After the president (Mr E. Jackson) had explained the position and the matter had been discussed, the following resolution was passed: "That applications be invited for 125 to 175 acres of land within live miles of Stratford, to be leased for a term of seven to ten years; the lease to provide for full protection of lessee's improvements by the rights of purchase or otherwise. The purchase of existing leases will be considered."—Carried.
