The Daily Chronicle’s Milan correspondent states that the Berlin and Vienna Governments have agreed on the Polish question that provisional government will be established under ' German patronage. - Austria undertakes to extend autonomy to Galicia. This solves deadlock by which Austria refused to give up Galicia 'for incorporation in the proposed Kingdom of Poland, unless Germany agreed to give .up Posen for the s.a.nie purpose.
