(Received 12.25 p.m.) London, October 30. .Minister of Munitions established a central clearing house with the object of tracing and registering machinery which are idle and becoming idle, so as to ensure the most efficient and economical use of the country's machinery resources, and maintain a connection between the manufacturers, the Government Contracting Departments and the 'War Office.
