RICCARTON TRAINING NOTES.
Per Preßß Association. ! Christelmrch, October 30. I The conditions were favourable for training at Riccarton. Riniorm beat ' Rorke's Drift over a mile and a-quar-ter on the plough in 2.13. Told was lame alter a working gallop. A large number of other horses were out, but their tasks were all light. Character, Beltane, Egypt, Balboa, Desert Gold, Ladify, Marco JBello, Esiand, uuloguer, Pourparler, i'etoi a-Teto, Sweet Tipperary, Simonides, ' Latasse, Skyscraper and Elocution arrived from Wellington yesterday.
