Professor Muensterberg, in an extraordinary utterance, said that the German ideal was not individual works, but service for the whole State. That was the true meaning of “Kultur.” He predicted an early peace. Then German “Kultur” would conquer the globe, spread to all countries, and be a distinctive stamp nex-t century. There would be Germanisation of the world after the war.
