Mr Ford announces ' that the minimum wages of all women employed in his factories will lie five dollars per day, the same as the men. This is the first time a large American employer has given women a wage on an equality with men. Mr Ford declares that he was converted to the principle after a conference with President Wilson. It is believed this will help President Wilson at the election with women votes.
