In the House of Commons, in reply to a question, Mr Asquith said R was difficult to get representatives of the Dominions over here to confer on methods for putting the decisions oi the Paris Economic Conference into practical operation at an early date, but no decision would he reached without consulting the Dominions. Official: Except as to hides, widen are now being converted into Icathei, the Army Council in Britain takes over all hides imported from Australia New Zealand, South Africa, and South America, also all other imported hides of the following descriptions: Resulted, 4olbs and over, dry salted 25lbs and over, dry ISlbs and over.
