MO NATIONALIST RECRUITING. UNPRECEDENTED CONFUSION. Press Association—Copyright, Austra lian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received 11.10 a.in.) London, October IS. The Times’ correspondent at Dublin states that the Nationalists are clearly and deliberately abstaining from encouraging recruiting. Freeman’s Journal, which Mr Redmond supposedly controls, has not printed the latter’s appeal for Irish divisions, thus illustrating the unprecedented confusion in the affairs of Ireland.
