British armored cars under thej command of Captain Looker-Lamp-son had some exciting times in Asia Minor. They were operating four hundred miles fioni the railhead, and were dependent on bullock tracks h the mountains, having to h l . hauled over precipices and bogs. The damaged tanks were ingeniously patched with shaving soap and medical plaster. Travelling by night and day, they did much evcellont work in scattering the Turks. One squadron is now operating in Persia, south ol Lake Armia.
