NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Whangamomona County Council held on Monday, the * twenty-fifth day of September, IDIG, (lie following resolution was passed, ami will be submitted for confirmation at the meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the 23rd day of October, 1916, at 1.30 p.m., at the Council's Offices, at Whangamomona:— THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 10 of "The Local Undies' Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Mangaehu Road No. 11l Loan of £250, Special Hating Area hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the special rating area the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the»properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Whangamomona Comity Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows: For the purpose of building a bridge over the Mangaehu Stream near the junction of the Mangaehu Road and the Mangarewa Road in the County of Whangamomona, the Whangamomona County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £250 at 4£ per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six and a-half years, and declares that the cost of raising the sajtl loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
