The Daily Chronicle’s Athens correspondent states that the members of M. Lambros’s Cabinet mostly have hot participated prominently in politics, and it is impossible to label them definitely, M. Venizelos exhorted the people to submit to any saciilice and form an army to redeem Greek soil. The crowd responded with furious cries of “Down with the archtraitor!” and trampled underfoot portraits of King Constantine.
