WHANG A MOMONA COUNTY COUNCIL. . . NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. NOTICE h hereby given that at a meeting of tlie Whangamomona County Council held on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of September, 1916, the' following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the 23rd day of October, ,1916, at 1.30 p.m., at the Council’s Offices, at .Whangamomona:— THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section IG of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Mangaeihu Road 'No. 11l Loan of £250, Special Rating Area hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the •special rating area the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did mot so 1 consent, the Whangamomona County 'Council hereby resolves, by way of ! Special' Order, as follows : For the purpose of building a bridge over the Mangaebu Stream near the junction of the Mangaebu Road and tbe Mangarewa Road in the County of Whangamomona, the Whangamomona County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £250 at 4i per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six and a-half years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year’s interest on the loan shall he payable out of the moneys so raised.
