NEWTON KING'S HAYMARKET REPORT. For my Haymarket snlo on Saturday last, pigs were penned up to advert sod numbers. Prices ruling were par with my last sale with the exception of stores, which were from 2s to 5s per head lower. I quote:— Slips aiuh wearier?, 10s to 19s 6d, small stores £1 Is 6cl to £1 ss, medium to good stores £1 12s to £1 19s. dairy cow £2O. heifers £8 15s. calves 2,v to 4s. Sundries at usual rates. T. LAMASON'S WEEKLY REPORT Last Saturday my usual weekly sale \va held, when I had a very good attendance of the public, and a very largo amount of poultry, produce, and furniture, was catalogued. There is a very keen demand for poultry, and prices are very satisfactory. We quote as follows:—Roosters 3s to ss, hens (good) 2s 3d to 3s Gel, others 1* 9d to 2s 6d } ducks 2s lOd to 8s 6d each, gceso 4s to Is 9d, cauliflowers }s to us down, carrots 3s to 3s 6'! sack, pumpkins 5s to (is sack, pollard 10; per sack, wheat 6s per bushel, bacon 10\d to ll*d per lb. Furniture and sundries at usual auction rates.
