GOVERNMENT RESIGNATIONS London, October 3. The Daily Chronicle's Athens correspondent states that all the members of the Cabinet, except the Premier and M. Carapanos (Foreign Minuter), have resigned. It is understood that when their resignations are accepted .M. Cologeroponlis will reeonstniKt the .Ministry on national lines. Mr Jeffries, wiring from Canon, states that the Provisional Government at Crete is working smoothly, and judicial authority has been restored. A Venizelist force, before dawn yesterday, sailed to Samos Island, determined to land and subdue the garrison, if necessary.
