COUNTER-ATTACKS REPULSED, TROOPS BOMBED BY AIRMEN. Press Association—Copyright, Austin lian and N.Z. On bln Association. (Received 9.35 a.m.) London, October 3. The War Office reporting on .the position at Salonika, states: The Bulgarians on Monday counter-attacked with three battalions against our new positions on the east bank of the Struma, but our lire broke the attack, and our battalions then charged with the bayonet and completely routed the enemy. The Royal Flying Corps successfully bombed troops in course of transport' at Prosenik and a railway train between Prosenik and Seres.
