An Austrian communique states: After the battle at Hermannstadt, the Roumanians resumed the offensive with unaffected result, but the Austrian's north of Fogars were compelled to retire. An Austrian flotilla raided '.the Roumanian port of Corabia nnd destroyed ths station, harbour, and shipping.
