The State Department has be?n advised that the British captured the submarine Bremen and towed it to Rosyth. NETTED BY THE BRITISH. AN UNDER-SEA CONTRIVANCE. According' to advices from Wasnington, the Bremen was captured n the British net and is now held in Scotland. The report states that the submarine was seen at Rosyth three weeks ago. The undersea nets are lOC yards long and 60 deep, with two bombs ■ ■':- tached to each.
