' A Russian communique states:- • We advanced in the neighbourhood of the Brcdy-Krasny railway and southwards, making prisoners of two thousand. We captured part of the enemy positions' south of Bryeyany,- mak ing prisoners of 2400. All counte--attacks were repulsed.
