THE OTAKI RACES. Per Press Association. Otaki, September 28. Following are the additional results of the second day of the meeting:— Electric Handicap.—Merry Andrew 1, Merry Polo 2, Spectual 3. Aho ran; Flying Spur, Pearl Marie, Need, Mahoztow, Bairnsdale, Polynesian, Tame Duck, Saxitile, Arziale, Ally. The placed horses led throughout and finished in a bunch, heads separating them. Time, 1.1 4-5. ■Railway Handicap.—Botanist 1, Menelaus 2, Coldstream 3. Also ran: Marimba, Joan Luddo,, Martial Air, Bradamante. Won nicely by a length, a neck between the second and third. Time, 1.13 2-5. Raimi Welter.—Detroit 1, Hastie 2, Silenus 3. Also ran: Haumakaka, Rongora, Ladify ,Amity. Amity led till the straight was reached, but was then overhauled by the placed horses. Won by a neck. Time, 1.44 2-5.

A Sydney cablegram to-day states that Kai Iwi was scratched for the Gimcrack Stakes, and Bridges for the Metropolitan.
