THIRTEEN DROWNED. FOUR HUNDRED HOMELESS. Pre«s Association—Copyright, (Received 10.25 a.m.) Melbourne. September 27. The floods are responsible for the deaths of three boys, making the total number of drowned thirteen. The Seymour floods rendered four hundred homeless.
