Petrograd, September 23
Tt is believed that Field-Marshal von Hindenburg has collected thirty divisions from the French, Russian and Italian fronts, and added fourteen Bulgarian and seven Turkish divisions, hoping thus to crush Roumania. The success of the scheme depends upon the offensives on the Somme, Galicia, and the Isonzo coming to a speedy standstill.
