A communique states: The RussoRoumanians have victoriously resumed the offensive on the Dobrudja. the battle began on the loth increased in fury till the evening of the 19th, when the enemy was crushed, and on the 20th withdrew southwards. The report mentions that the enemy included Turks; who burned the villages on the line of their retreat. Roumanian forces have entered Szekely Udvarhely, fifty miles northeast of Brasso.
