NEW CABINET PRO-GERMAN. Press Association— Copyright, Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. Athens, September 17. Nearly all the members of the Cabinet belong to M. Themtoki's party, which, early in- the war, favored an understanding with Austro-Germauy •with a view to obtaining a Balkans settlement. Their view have been somewhat modified since M. Themtoki's death. London, September 18. The -Morning Post's Athens correspondent states' that, with two .exceptions, the members of the new Cabijnet are strongly anti-Venizelist. It |is evident that all thought of joining the war again has been shelved. LATEST POLITICAL DEVELOPMENTS UNSATISFACTORY. BRITISH MINISTER INTERVIEWED.
