Results: — Maiden Plate Handicap, of ltOsovs, C furlongs.—Jocular (8.6) 1, Gluepot (8.10) 2, Homeric (8.11) 3. Scratched: Desperado, Bellaeity, Whitehall, and Queen Soult. Won by threequarters of. a length. Time, 1.17 2-5. Grev Lynn Hurdles, of loOsovs., 2 miles.—Tararua Jack (10.5) 1, Tenacious (9.13) 2, Te Onga (10.8) 3. Scratched: Master Kegel. Won by five lengths.' Time, 3.48 2-5. Avondale Stakes, of 300sovs., 4 furlongs.—G went 1, Scottish Knight 2, Kowesian 3. Also ran: Demolie, Rathlin, General Stephen, Vagabond, Pearl d'Mout, Penthesilea, Lady Bruce, Rock Diamond, Heavenly Dream, Whitford, Belle Shower, Gold Monitr'ix, Monatour. Won by 2Jlengths.
