The Daily Chronicle's correspondent 'states that the Bulgarians, with groat secrecy, effected a concentration! tho importance whereof must not be overrated, between Rustclmk and Shumla, Llnis imitating the. manoeuvre' whereby they surprised the Turks at Kirk Kilised in the Balkan war. These forces unexpected attacked the Roumainian advance guard at Turtukai and scored a local success. The Russians at Dobrudja can be trusted to right the matters, however. The regions of the rivers Ma resell and !>ystritza may probably prove more important for the German defence.
