DY PROCLAMATIONS dated respectively Ist and 2nd September, 1910, the enrolment of the Reserve is directed. THE RESERVE consists of men not less than 20 and under !C years of age. THE RESERVE REGISTER is based on the National Register. WHAT MEN MUST DO fvlen already registered—(T.) Must notify any change of address. (2.) Must apply on form provided for certificate of enrolment. Men not enrolled—(l.) Must fill in /an enrolmentcard. (2.) Must apply on form provided for a certificate of enrolment. This must be done before Saturday, IGth September. CALL AT NEAREST POST-OFFICE for forms, information, and assistance. ONUS OF PROOF in every case is ON THE DEFENDANT.
