Tho Japanese Ambassador at Peking has presented a note requesting ti e punishment of the officials connected with the recent troubles at Changchiatung.

asked for instructions to he issued to the Chinese troops in inner Mongolia, and South Manchuria not to interfere with tho Japanese troops in those regions.
