CART AND A RAILWAY TRAIN. i’Kcl L'KEBIS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, September o. A baker's cart, driven by Alexander McAuley, was run down by a train at -Moiling Crossing, near the Lower Hutt. Tlio vehicle was smashed, and the horse killed. McAuley’ s skull i.s fractured, and he lies in the hospital in a critical state. His son, riding with him was unscathed.
