The Government has sequestrated f( rly millions sterling of German •auital, including the bonds of Germany’s loans to Roumania. The latter are worth £30,000,000. Germany probably would have sold them to neutrals, and her intention has tims been frustrated. No doubt Germany may retaliate, but she will only lie aide to sequestrate twenty millions. BIG BATTLE IN DOBRUDJA EXPECTED.

We occupied Kurabuuar after heavy fighting. The forward march is proceeding along the whole line.
