A communique states: A Zeppelin and an aeroplane bombed Bucharest, but jnflicted no damage. Enemy aeroplanes bombed Baltchs, Piatra, and Viamto, but no damage is reported. RUSSIANS’ RAPID PROGRESS THROUGH ROUMANIA. (Received 11.45 a.m.) Petrograd, August 30. A correspondent states that* it may be assumed that the Russian troops are now /well into Roumania.
