(Received 9.20 a.m.) Bucharest, August 30. (The Roumanians and Russians have captured the principal parses in the Carpathians and have been marching for twelve hours in enemy territory being weakly resisted. The Russians are traversing Dobrudja. BUCHAREST BOMBED. OPERATIONS OF ENEMY AIRMEN t. ■; ' ;■ ! , < ■: ; vf ’ e. ‘ - (Received 11.45 a.m.) v Bucharest, August 30. A communique states: A Zeppelin and an aeroplane bombed Bucharest, but jnflicted no damage. Enemy aeroplanes bombed Baltchs, Piatra, and Viamto, but no damage is reported. RUSSIANS’ RAPID PROGRESS THROUGH ROUMANIA. (Received 11.45 a.m.) Petrograd, August 30. A correspondent states that* it may be assumed that the Russian troops are now /well into Roumania.
