( The Roumanians and Russians have captured the principal passes in the Carpathians and have been marching for twelve hours in enemy territory being weakly resisted. The Russians - are traversing Dobrudja. BUCHAREST BOMBED. OPERATIONS OF ENEMY AIRMEN (Received 11.45 a.m.) Bucharest, August 30. A communique states: A Zeppelin and ah aeroplane bombed Bucharest, but inflicted no damage. Enemy aeroplanes bombed Baltchs, Piatra, and Viamto, but no damage is reported. RUSSIANS' RAPID PROGRESS THROUGH ROUMANIA. x (Received 11.45 a.m.) Petrograd, August 30. A correspondent states that it may be assumed that the Russian troops are now well into Roumania.
