The King replied that he was simply King of Rouraania, and must follow the national will, which v'as fateful. ROUMANIAN COUNCIL PRACTICALLY UNANIMOUS. CERMANOPIHILES PROMISE SUPPORT. The Council was, opened by the King who declared that he had been able to come to a decision with the Chief of the General Staff, and he emphasised the excellent condition of the Army. The Germanophile members did not raise a great objection, declaring that if war was decided on they would fully support it. , ( There were only three dissentients.
