GERMAN STORIES DENIED. (Received 1.15 p.m.) London, August 28. The Admiralty deny the Vossiche Zeitung’s statement that Dutch sailors saw a British destroyer in a sinking condition and abandoned at Dogger Bank. There had been no engagement of any sorb, and no destroyer was missing.
