Apparently anticipating an early decision on the conscription question, a rush of volunteers has commenced, reminiscent of the early days of the war. The Governor has opened the aviation school at Clarendon. Air. Holman announced that the Government had decided to present Britain with an aeroplane for every one presented h\ the citizens.
