1 Lance-Corporal J. Sexton, whose name appeared as wodnded in yesterday’s Australian casualty list, was wcll-lvuown in Taranaki some years, dgo as a runner of marked staying power. Ills chief successes were over tlie half-mile and mile distances. About five years ago he went to Australia, and he enlisted at Sydney at the beginning of the war.
