The Allegmoine Zcit ling’s correspondent states that General Bnijssiloff is bringing up huge reinforcements for Kovel and Lemberg, and alio for Bukowina. His supplies ot men seem endless. General Blame, the German military writer, states that General Brussiloff, in addition to 1,400,000 men in his foremost lines, has fully 600.000 absolutely fresh troops ready to throw into the balance at points where they can be most effectively used. w ,
